University was visited by the expert commission of the "AAEPO"
The International University of Science and Medicine was visited by the expert commission of the independent Agency for Accreditation of Educational Programs and Organizations "AAEPO"
The purpose of this accreditation is to assess and recognize the high quality of the university’s activities and the educational program being implemented in accordance with the international quality standards of the World Federation of Medical Education (WFME), as well as with state quality standards for education in the field of General Medicine.
The visit of the expert commission took place at the university from October 4-6, 2023, during which experts conducted interviews with the rector and vice-rectors of the university, the administration of the Al-Shifa University Clinic, the dean and heads of departments, heads of departments, students and their parents.
Interviews were conducted with representatives of the teaching staff and participation in video conferences, according to the schedule. The experts also inspected the university buildings, namely: educational classrooms and lecture halls, and a laboratory center. A separate inspection was carried out at the Al-Shifa University Clinic.
